Neuer Raketenabwehr-Stützpunkt der NATO: kein Grund zum Feiern

Am 12. Mai 2016 weihte die NATO den amerikanischen Raketenabwehr-Marinestützpunkt im rumänischen Deveselu ein. Die europäischen Partner haben jedoch keinen Grund zum Feiern, meint Katarzyna Kubiak, und benennt die zentralen Probleme.
