Judith Müller

is a PhD candidate at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev (BGU, Beer Sheva – Israel) with particular interests in Hebrew and German-Jewish Literature, modern European Jewish history and the historical and cultural concept of Central Europe. In her dissertation she focuses on the perception of Europe in Hebrew Literature in the decades before and after the Great War. Prior to enrolling at BGU she studied Jewish Studies and Political Sciences in Heidelberg, Graz and Beer Sheva and received her B.A. and M.A. from the Hochschule für Jüdische Studien in Heidelberg.
